Dr. Brigitte Weber

Since our usual vet is no longer practicing, I took my cat to see Ms. Weber. I was so surprised—I never would have believed my cat could feel comfortable at the vet's! She only growled once (when I gave her her pill, but otherwise she was quiet) and didn't hiss once, not even when she saw the dog lying on the floor by the desk. Not even the bottle brush made an appearance. Amazing! They both handled my cat with such incredible care and affection, and it showed so much! Thank you.

When I walked in, I immediately wanted to leave. PRACTICE: It stank. A dog was running loose and vomiting on the floor (and had diarrhea). In my opinion, the practice is far too small—only 12 square meters. The dog was in the same room throughout the entire treatment. Its dog bed (also in the treatment room) was chewed through and covered in vomit. The pet owners' data was not properly secured. During my animals' treatment, everything was already being discussed and prepared for the next person, and their data was left on the examination table. My animals came home completely changed; I've never seen them like that after a vet visit. DATA SYSTEM: I was given a blank piece of paper to write everything down. Nothing was entered into the system. The sheets of paper were the only "FILE" there. VET: She forgot the procedures, forgot the names of medications, I constantly had to ask what she was doing next or what to administer. My animals were scared, and the dog was too pushy. VALUE FOR MONEY: I paid €280 for the basic examination and two antibiotic tablets for teeth (which ultimately did nothing). In my opinion, that's far too much for such limited expertise. I could have done it myself. She's simply too old and should retire. It's questionable why she's listed in the top 10. THE GOOD THING?: The only good thing was that I got an appointment the very next day. Which I could have saved myself. Long story short, the worst vet visit ever. I still get chills down my spine when I think about it.

My cat often gets injured from fights with other cats or martens. I've always gone directly to Dr. Weber without an appointment and have always been seen quickly. Dr. Weber and her assistant are very kind and competent. I can highly recommend them to any pet owner... Thank you so much!

We were squeezed in at short notice due to our cat's diarrhea, and I felt very well cared for at the practice, both in terms of advice and medical attention. It seems to have worked for the cat too, and I hope she felt comfortable at the practice – by the standards of a cat who's used to things, of course.
