Two stars because of kind personnel. I have brought my bunny 3 times to 3 different vets here over the course of a few weeks and it turned out my bunny was in pain the whole time. The first vet did notice a symptom, but didn't connect it to ear infection (although it is a very typical one). Treated for painful gas in tummy, which was in fact another symptom caused by the diagnosis we will receive in the end. No pain meds prescribed. Went in for a second visit after we've been to an emergency vet over the holidays: no tests were run to confirm diagnosis, although this is what the emergency vet recommended. For the 3rd visit with the 3rd doctor I have specifically asked for pain meds because my bunny was visibly suffering and refusing to eat on her own. Have also asked if she's absolutely sure this is not ear infection - got the answer that my bunny doesn't react in a painful way when her ears are touched. I have brought my bunny to a vet specialised in exotics right after, who confirmed she has middle ear infection on both sides with a CT scan and ruled out the wrong diagnosis we received before with blood work done. Did I mention that this is a really painful diagnosis? Please, if you are unsure in treating rabbits, recommend an exotic vet instead; just to give that pure creature a chance for survival. I naively trusted your knowledge and have lost 2 whole weeks for treating my bunny with the correct medication which was in fact antibiotics + anti-inflammatory + painmeds.

We brought our miniature Yorkie to Doctor Jutta Böttcher for a rabies vaccine and a new pet passport. The doctor was extremely kind and patient with the dog, and the services provided were quick, affordable and efficient. All of the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Great practice and highly recommended!
