My girlfriend had a blood test done by this doctor at a friend of his. Mr. Schindler simply drew blood from the cat during a house call and sent it to his friend's lab. I specifically asked about the total cost. We were told it would be around €150, including the blood test. Then we received two bills: one from Mr. Schindler and one from the lab. €160 + €170. !!!!!!!! These are outrageous prices, and we were misinformed. They are simply a complete rip-off for the service provided. As I said, I explicitly asked for the total cost, including the blood test, and the doctor said something about €150 in total. Afterwards, he claimed that the €150 only covered his expenses, excluding the lab bill, even though I explicitly asked for the total cost. That's unprofessional and outrageous! I should have been given a rough estimate of the costs beforehand, especially since he's supposedly his friend, and I could have easily asked him roughly how much it would cost to avoid this unpleasant surprise. Besides, he's been doing the job for a while and should be fully aware of the costs. Furthermore, he's been doing the job for a while and should already know the costs very well. I find this all very unprofessional and therefore absolutely cannot recommend this veterinarian. Over 300 euros for a home visit with a simple blood draw and test is outrageous. Especially since we were given incorrect information about the total cost. Moving an inserted needle too much is extremely painful, just like in humans. This is yet another reason not to recommend this veterinarian. The very weak cat suffered enormous stress as a result, and stress is precisely what we wanted to avoid, which is why we wanted a home visit in the first place. We could have gone to a veterinary clinic for significantly less. My 11-year-old dog, Lilli, recently became ill and could barely walk due to a slipped disc, as it turned out. She also had a fungal infection in both ears. Mr. Schindler thoroughly examined her during his first home visit and treated her with medication. After administering further medication prescribed by Mr. Schindler over 10 days, my dog ​​was almost "as good as new." I am grateful to Mr. Schindler for getting her back on her feet so quickly. I find Mr. Schindler to be competent and experienced. He also handled my dog ​​with great care, so she was hardly stressed during the examinations and treatment.

Because our cat had an ingrown claw, which we noticed in the evening, we immediately made an appointment online for the next morning. Mr. Schindler arrived with his mobile veterinary clinic at the agreed time. We were delighted with how smoothly and reliably the appointment scheduling worked. He attended to our cat in a friendly and competent manner, and the problem was quickly resolved. We are very grateful to Mr. Schindler for his expertise, friendliness, and reliability, and we highly recommend him.
