In our case, which lasted for some time and involved 3-4 visits due to persistent diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting, the diagnostic work was inadequate (only one x-ray, never a blood test or anything else). This ultimately led us to a proper veterinary hospital with near-sepsis, hemorrhagic shock, and acute liver and kidney failure because the intestinal issues were never properly treated. The vets at the other clinic just shook their heads, as our dog had apparently been receiving inadequate care for a long time. The result is chronic kidney damage, which progressed from acute to chronic. The only positive aspects were that this practice didn't charge exorbitant rates and that our dog survived. We had previously trusted the practice blindly, which ultimately proved to be a huge mistake for us. This practice is not suitable for us personally, which is why we are now switching and sharing our experience, though it may not apply to other clients. The staff were always friendly.

Our cat misjudged the height while jumping from the scratching post and landed awkwardly on the table. We're grateful for the emergency service, even though our cat wasn't amused by the pain. But after examination (thankfully, everything was fine) and painkillers, he's exhausted and happy to be home. We thank you for your patience with this not-so-nice cat.

I took my cat to you for years, and you completely mistreated DJ! I had to have him euthanized yesterday because of you! You said he didn't have anything serious, just a minor infection! I beg you, please, next time, check things more thoroughly! Your mistake won't bring my cat back! But thanks for nothing!
