Took our dog to have his worming pill and animal health certificate signed for travel. Lovely friendly staff and professional service

I highly recommend the dog first aid course to all dog owners. Ms. Sperlich provides valuable information and helpful tips on what to do in an emergency and how to prevent them. She demonstrated and practiced applying temporary muzzles and paw bandages on dogs. She answers individual questions thoroughly and competently. After the course, I feel much more confident in recognizing an emergency and acting accordingly.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to participate in the "First Aid for Dogs" course and I'd like to say thank you. The course was wonderfully structured, informative, and also very approachable on a personal level. I particularly appreciated several things: 1. The helpful tips for a first aid kit to save money, 2. The numerous helpful hints for good general medical training. This will help me and my dog not only in emergencies but also during routine checkups, 3. It wasn't just about major emergencies; I gained the knowledge to better observe and assess my dog for any other illnesses, 4. The opportunity for practical exercises. Whether it was a bleeding wound, heatstroke, poisoning, or an insect bite... now I feel even better prepared for anything that might come up with my energetic setter girl. Thank you!

Second chance, blown again... Treatment performed that wasn't necessary (picked off a pressure sore, creating an area for infection), the actual issue was answered vaguely, but they sold me materials instead, my rescue dog was traumatized again, and I, as the owner, had to deal with the consequences for two days. I won't be going back to that practice...

We switched to Dr. Sperlich's veterinary practice at the beginning of 2024 based on a recommendation. And we've stayed ever since! No long waiting times, no crowded waiting room! Very stress-free for my dog. The reception is always friendly and personal. The examination and treatment are competent, professional, yet empathetic. They don't try to sell you unnecessary medications or treatments! We feel very well cared for here!
