I took my dog ​​to the walk-in clinic twice a week for a paw injury. The other days are for scheduled appointments. It was a hot morning. At reception, I learned that there were eight other patients ahead of us. This meant I could expect a long wait. The two veterinarians were very busy. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, everyone waiting was spread out in the waiting room, the parking lot, and the fenced garden area. I sat comfortably on a bench there, and Giaco could sniff around. After an hour, it was our turn. Despite the many patients before us, the vet was very attentive. I appreciate her competent and careful approach. She suggested that instead of searching for and possibly cutting the invisible foreign object in his paw, we should try a drawing salve. Her suggestion to observe whether Giaco would accept the bandage first, instead of immediately putting a protective bandage on him, was well received by me and I'm sure by Giaco as well. After 1.5 days of limping, I was able to remove the bandage myself, and the ointment had worked well. Thank you so much!

In my opinion, she's the best veterinarian ever. My pet and I received excellent care and support. She's a woman who does her work with pure passion and a genuine love for her work. There should be more people like her in the world! Highly recommended!

Never again! Incorrect diagnosis and treatment, as well as the wrong medication, forced us to go to another vet because the first vet ignored our warning that the animal was getting worse. Due to the previous incorrect treatment, the other vet had to perform immediate surgery. Despite the misdiagnosis, we were billed, and when we tried to clarify the situation, we were verbally abused.
