Always very friendly to both people and animals. Uncomplicated treatment and easy appointment booking via app. We can wait outside until the buzzer vibrates and then walk around to the treatment room. They handle our anxious dog wonderfully. We are completely satisfied here.

My 16 1/2-year-old dog had an epileptic seizure with panic attack, shortness of breath, and convulsions at 7:00 PM the day after eye surgery (in Lüdenscheid). During the attack, I called my regular vet's emergency service and was transferred to the practice where Dr. Kathleen Kimmig answered with empathy and understanding. I drove from Lüdenscheid to the practice (a 60-minute drive). They were expecting me and took the emergency very seriously. Dr. Kimmig took excellent care of my dog ​​and me. Two days later, on a Saturday, she called me to check on my dog. I absolutely didn't expect that. She is truly a compassionate veterinarian with a heart of gold! If I didn't live so far away, my dog ​​would definitely be a patient here! Thank you so much for your dedication and your kindness. I would love to give more stars ❤️
