Everyone was incredibly friendly and provided competent advice and treatment. The only downside was the unfriendly and arrogant receptionist, a dark-haired woman with glasses. The way she brushed off pet owners seeking help on the phone was unbelievable, and I witnessed her arrogantly reprimanding her colleague. Absolutely unacceptable.
I can only report positive experiences here. Everyone is incredibly kind, and even on the day I had to have my dog put down, everyone was very considerate and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. With our new dog, a year and a half later, it's still fantastic, just as expected. The puppy received a thorough examination, and they took the time to answer all our questions. I highly recommend this practice.
