Super👍
The advantage is that several veterinarians practice here, and they cover for each other during holidays. All the staff are very friendly. There's a designated area for veterinarians to relieve themselves in front of the practice, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
The receptionist was very unfriendly. The examination was superficial; they found the obvious problems, then took blurry x-rays. They inserted an IV line even though I had refused. Then, at my request, they performed blood tests and a few other tests, which came back negative. They made vague suggestions about what could be done without offering any concrete recommendations. My dog hadn't been afraid of the vet until then, but suddenly he was. They gave him a painkiller injection and then, after switching to another vet, sent me home with my dog without a prescription or a diagnosis. My dog continued to be in severe pain, and I resorted to using over-the-counter painkillers (Novalgin). I paid a very expensive bill. My dog died at home shortly afterward. I absolutely cannot recommend this veterinary practice.
This is exactly how I imagine a veterinary practice should be. A very friendly team, a good vet, and clean premises. Plus, a waiting room separated for dogs and cats. Thank you so much. We've found our new vet. I'm happy to drive a few kilometers for him.
This was our first time at this practice, and we were thrilled! The team is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming! We would especially like to thank Ms. Wolfram! Her warm and, above all, honest manner made us feel very well cared for! Thank you so much for your excellent work! We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice and its team!
