We went to the emergency vet clinic today to see Dr. Martin, and our little puppy was treated with so much love and care. She even got a toy! The practice has a very pleasant and calm atmosphere. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this practice!
Super!
Fantastic practice with an even more fantastic veterinarian! Lots of patience, empathy, and understanding! Training with your dog is also welcome at the practice, giving your dog the opportunity to become more comfortable with vet visits 🐶😊
This practice is unique. I took my cat there three weeks ago because visits to other practices hadn't provided a solution for her poor overall health. She and her assistant, with their calm and empathetic approach, not only managed to get my temperamental T-Rex cat to accept treatment, but also grounded me as a worried cat owner. 😊 She took a lot of time, and I wasn't sent away until the cause of her symptoms was identified and a sensible treatment plan was developed. The practice has a pleasant atmosphere, and the love for their work and animals is palpable. I would definitely recommend them! A huge thank you to the team, because thanks to their expert help, my Daisy can now enjoy a pain-free life.
Two years ago, my Great Dane had her spleen removed...at my request, the surgery was performed at age nine. Afterwards, I was told that the tumor was 99 percent likely to be malignant...meaning a maximum of three months. Two weeks of grief, and on top of that, an abdominal infection...then the result: benign...but the vet didn't believe it...another biopsy was taken, and it was again benign...you can be wrong sometimes. The surgery itself was technically excellent...but the manner and communication were absolutely not recommended in my opinion.
