Kleintierpraxis Ingolf Arend

Dr. Arend is a veterinarian you can trust. He puts both animal and owner first. He is clear and direct. My cat Kimba and I were always satisfied. And I thank him for his years of care right to the end, and I know for sure that if I ever get another pet, I would only go to him in Heidelberg.

We had our beloved dog put to sleep by Mr. Arend. With his calm and kind manner, he made the unbearable as bearable as possible. He has a heart of gold. Mr. Arend, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time for us, even though it was so late! There should be more people like you; then the world would be a better place.

We had to say goodbye to our cat after 18 years. Dr. Arend found the right words to ease our grief and help us through this difficult time. We are so grateful that emergency veterinarians exist and that we were able to walk this difficult path with Dr. Arend. Thank you for your patience and sensitivity. The Kettenmann Family
