English speaking vets and nurses. Dr. Scheffzek is very professional, calm, gentle, caring and helpful. The nurses are very attentive and kind. I’ve been going here for checkups and vaccinations for my bunnies and hamster. When my bunny had an emergency, the clinic took us in on the same day. I trust that my animals are in good hands.

Everyone was super friendly and they also spoke to me in English so that I could understand everything. They took care of my small cat because she was hurt but also were concerned about general aspects of the cat’s health. Very thorough examination! I’m glad I got an appointment with them, even on the same day I contacted them. The clinic is super neat and modern, they have a special examination room only for cats so that they are less stressed with foreign smells and such. I recommend them. Extra advantage: the clinic is very close to the public transport connection.

Best veterinary practice in the area! Dr. Martin and her team are outstanding. I love that they have a dog free room for use with cats. One of my two cats stopped eating and was quite ill. Dr. Martin was able to instantly recognize what was wrong and with her treatment, he was back to his usual mischievous self within a couple of days. Any pet owner looking for an experienced and caring practice, I fully recommend the team here.

We took our Jack Russell, Pepe, to Dr. Martin's practice for the last nearly six years of his life. We are very grateful to her and her team for taking such good care of him, particularly for being so patient and kind with Pepe, who was always so stressed out by being at the vet and would sometimes try to fight to get away (this was with EVERY vet we ever went to, and Dr. Martin's practice was by far the best at handling him). Dr. Martin saw us through Pepe's cancer diagnosis. She always gave us as much time as we needed at appointments. She gave us thoughtful advice--empathetic and honest and emotionally intelligent. She understood Pepe very well, she understood our family, and she understood what things were important to us and to Pepe for him to maintain a good quality of life for as long as possible. Dr. Martin helped us to navigate Pepe's medical issues as they got increasingly complex with the spread of the cancer and his advanced age. Dr. Martin made herself available to us also by phone (so we didn't have to stress our dog out by bringing him in) as we got down to the last months, weeks, and days of Pepe's life, helping us to come to the right decision at the right time, as hard as it was, so that we still had time to give Pepe the long goodbye he deserved--his dignity still intact, him still able to enjoy things, him still something of his old sassy self. I appreciate so much that Dr. Martin knew and respected Pepe's character and could advise us based on his individual case and our individual family's wishes for Pepe--to avoid extreme suffering, to not wait till the absolute bitter end, to make sure we didn't have to make the decision to say goodbye in a state of panic and fear--so that our goodbye could instead be as peaceful and loving as possible. Pepe lived to nearly 16 years old. He lived with cancer for nearly two years (despite a prognosis of 3–6 months). And he was able to have a good quality of life as a senior and a good farewell. All this in no small part thanks to Dr. Martin's care and expertise as well as her deeply compassionate approach to caring both for animals and for the people who love them fiercely. Thank you, Dr. Martin, and thanks to your whole team.

They are super sweet, super caring! We had an emergency with our cat once and they squeezed us in and helped her. Our cat also had a major surgery which they performed and they took such good care of her - she recovered very well and there were no complications. 5 stars isn’t enough. :)
