I will never recommend this clinic. My cats got injection from them and before the injection the hair was not shaved, the skin was not sterilized. Both of my cats developed scars from the injection site and one of my cats had an open wound. Also they only gave antibiotics for only 2 days (which should be 7days at least) after they injected the antibodies once. Furthermore, they “calculated wrong the bill by accident” and added more than 100€ to the medications.
Recommend 100% Needed an emergency appointment for our cat as we were on vacation, and they were able to squeeze us in, and help us. Thank you so much Tierarzt Heidelberg for being so accomodating! Ignacio The Cat and Family.

Also, everyone was willing to communicate in English, which I really appreciate since I recently moved and still learning German.
