Super friendly personnel. Expat friendly as well
Friendly and bilingual practice. Call for an appointment and see for yourself. Staff are friendly and helpful. They take the time to make you feel at ease and welcome.
Our favorite vet in town. Our dogs go there since 10 years. The vet and her assistants are very friendly and take all the time they need. E.g. using treats to distract your pet when giving it a shot. Also the procedures are pretty inexpensive.
The administrator called 2 hours before the appointment (at 14:00) and informed me that Praxis's schedule had shifted, and I was invited to have my appointment instead in 2 hours today... in 3 weeks after! While our visit was also scheduled 3 weeks ago. Was it impossible to warn the owner about the transfer in advance when you have 3 weeks? When I asked if it would be possible to call at least 10 am, I was told that there is only an English-speaking administrator here, and yesterday she was so busy that she did not have time to call, and others were not sure how much I would understand German. While they had my phone number, my email and, perhaps, they knew about Google translate's existence, which can help me with German. This is highly disrespectful to the animal owner, who, unexpectedly, can also work and have his schedule. Moreover, the postponement of the visit by 3 weeks violates the schedule of animal vaccinations, which is also not very good. And the fact is that the animals needed a reception when it was scheduled. I can't say anything bad about the professionalism of Dr Cristina Bey, but the work of the administrators and the reception was highly disappointing.
Good service. The vet was nice to my kitties and answered all my questions satisfactory. The price is good too
