I went to the practice today with my cat, Kimba. They did a full blood count, and it turned out he has kidney failure. Nevertheless, Dr. Rose was quite satisfied with his other blood results, considering he's already 15 years old. Overall, I felt well looked after at the practice, and Dr. Rose explained everything well and gave me medication for Kimba. I would definitely recommend this practice. You get good treatment there.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this vet for rats. They have too little experience. Basic knowledge, such as the sensitivity of fancy rats to drafts, seems to be unknown – I had to ask them to close the window before the procedure. The euthanasia itself was disastrous: they used a huge needle, no prior anesthetic, and essentially blindly inserted a towel. Several other vets have since confirmed that this is completely inappropriate for rats.

A very good veterinarian who treated our cat, who had vestibular syndrome, calmly and with clear explanations. She even briefly interrupted her own treatment because our situation looked very serious. We were quickly reassured, and she helped us promptly. A truly excellent veterinarian, and we were incredibly grateful for her emergency care on a Sunday evening, as she was on call.
