Our cat had to have almost all of his teeth extracted. Pre-operative examination, surgery, and follow-up examination. Mr. Wagemann explained everything to us and showed us exactly what he did. I didn't find the cost too high for everything that was done. I can highly recommend him. If his last healthy tooth needs to be extracted, he's our first choice.

Recently I adopted a cat and its my first time going to a Vet. But they helped me through the process and adviced me really nice. All the staff speaks English which helps me a lot. And they are very kind and nice with my cat and with me.
I registered my cat Pru here when I moved to Wilhelmsburg and received friendly and competent advice from the very beginning. When I brought her home, my cat came from very difficult circumstances and had been severely neglected medically, so there's always a lot to do, and I rely on a good veterinarian (and we've been to quite a few, both general practitioners and specialists). This practice always takes plenty of time for us and is very transparent and thorough regarding prices, follow-up consultations, and further treatment. You always get the feeling that the animal's best interests are their top priority. She recently had to have surgery, and the situation was worse than expected. The vet kept me informed throughout the entire process, always with empathy and expertise. I can highly recommend this practice to anyone.
I'm so glad I made the trip from the north of Hamburg to this veterinary practice. Dr. Wagemann thoroughly examined my cat's teeth and didn't just glance at the sides to check for plaque (as I've experienced with other vets). Foxley has an unusual malocclusion, so it requires a closer look. We got a surgery appointment quickly, and everything went perfectly. My cat is doing well, everything has healed beautifully, even though I didn't put the cone on him. (I was home for the first three days and could keep an eye on him.) I would definitely go back here and recommend the practice to friends.
