Reviews
Two weeks ago, Käthe was spayed at the vet's office. Besides the usual vaccinations and checkups, it was an exciting experience for us. The practice team took wonderful care of Käthe on the day of the surgery, and we went back yesterday for a checkup: Käthe continues to go to the vet's office with great enthusiasm, and that's not just thanks to the delicious treats, but especially to the expert and loving care provided by Dr. Sabine Rudat and her fantastic team. Thank you so much for this wonderful practice with such empathetic staff. I always recommend the practice to my friends and family. ❤️
Hello... I was a patient here before Dr. Sabine Rudat. My dog Lexa always receives a warm welcome, as did my dog Julchen before her, whom I had to say goodbye to at 16 years old with Dr. Rudat's help. My Lexa is 1 1/2 years old and receives excellent treatment and care here. The team made her spaying procedure very pleasant, the surgery went well, and Lexa is doing well. So, anyone looking for a competent and caring veterinarian should definitely visit this small animal practice.
My one-year-old mixed-breed dog, Max, had never been to the vet before. He was understandably excited and scared. I practically had to drag him into the examination room. Dr. Rudat immediately noticed how nervous and restless he was and took her time examining him. That was really great, and she explained everything I wanted to know very thoroughly and clearly. Max was then carefully lifted onto the table by a very nice colleague and lovingly examined by Dr. Rudat. It was a wonderful experience, and I'm always happy to take Max there again. And this is Max...
High prices plus poor service. Our dog had an open wound that needed treatment. The vet stitched the wound and bandaged it. Unfortunately, two days after the treatment, when we went to a different vet for a bandage change, we discovered that the wound had become infected and necrotic despite the treatment. As a result, our 13-year-old dog had to undergo surgery for the second time within a week, simply because the vets in Niendorf didn't do a good job.
Unfortunately, my dog is seriously ill, and further treatment is likely no longer possible. At the veterinary clinic, we received the best possible care, and my dog felt very well looked after there. However, I found it difficult to get answers to my questions about the diagnosis and why further treatment was sometimes not possible. That's when I discovered Dr. Rudat. We were able to get an appointment quickly. She read the treatment report very carefully and answered all my questions clearly. With my medium-sized dog, I was able to park behind the building, and there was no stressful waiting time for her, which I find very important in such a situation. From the bottom of my heart, many thanks to the entire team for their dedication. We wish we had received such excellent care beforehand. Especially in such a stressful situation, I find good communication crucial. I also can't complain about the price. I've had other treatments where there was less communication and less effective work, and I certainly had to pay three times as much. All in all, a very positive first impression.
