My one-year-old mixed-breed dog, Max, had never been to the vet before. He was understandably excited and scared. I practically had to drag him into the examination room. Dr. Rudat immediately noticed how nervous and restless he was and took her time examining him. That was really great, and she explained everything I wanted to know very thoroughly and clearly. Max was then carefully lifted onto the table by a very nice colleague and lovingly examined by Dr. Rudat. It was a wonderful experience, and I'm always happy to take Max there again. And this is Max...
Our cat fell from the fourth floor of an old building on July 16, 2025. My husband immediately googled with a neighbor where we could still get to a veterinarian's office at 11:30 p.m. He called and told us we could come right away. Our cat was still alive and had used up his last reserves of strength during the approximately 15-minute drive, and we arrived at the office completely exhausted. They told us, somewhat rudely, that we should try to leave him in his crate, which was difficult given the situation. The veterinary assistant had pointed out to us that the door to the basement was open. She herself was afraid that he might fall there too. Our cat was immediately taken to the treatment room and given an IV and pain medication and sedation so he could be examined. He underwent numerous x-rays, and afterward, the vet took plenty of time to discuss not only the images with us but also the next steps. She wanted to do an ultrasound because the bladder was questionably no longer in place. A blood sample was also taken. Later, the billing showed that they had given sedation and pain medication again. I'm glad I went there with our cat; the help was quick and uncomplicated. I also think our cat didn't have to suffer for long. He probably also had internal bleeding. Thank you again to everyone, including for your follow-up work. Keep up the good work.
We took our degu there today because he had a cold and wanted his claws trimmed. He was cared for very well and lovingly, and I was given a clear explanation of how to administer his medication over the next week. The entire team made a professional and caring impression.
Unfortunately, my dog ââis seriously ill, and further treatment is likely no longer possible. At the veterinary clinic, we received the best possible care, and my dog ââfelt very well looked after there. However, I found it difficult to get answers to my questions about the diagnosis and why further treatment was sometimes not possible. That's when I discovered Dr. Rudat. We were able to get an appointment quickly. She read the treatment report very carefully and answered all my questions clearly. With my medium-sized dog, I was able to park behind the building, and there was no stressful waiting time for her, which I find very important in such a situation. From the bottom of my heart, many thanks to the entire team for their dedication. We wish we had received such excellent care beforehand. Especially in such a stressful situation, I find good communication crucial. I also can't complain about the price. I've had other treatments where there was less communication and less effective work, and I certainly had to pay three times as much. All in all, a very positive first impression.
Hello... I've been here before Dr. Sabine Rudat. My dog ââLexa is always warmly welcomed here, and before that, my dog ââJulchen, whom I had to let go at the age of 16 with Dr. Rudat's help. My Lexa is 1.5 years old and is receiving excellent treatment and care here. The team here was very helpful in her spaying, the surgery went well, and Lexa is doing well. So, if you're looking for a competent and friendly vet, you should stop by this small animal practice.
