Many thanks to the incredibly lovely team. It was our first time there. Our anxious dog, Balou, was lovingly treated by Dr. Jötzke. The veterinary assistant, Ms. Evcan-Rapp, was also very friendly at reception. Last but not least, a special thank you to the wonderful, caring veterinary assistant, Saskia Kröger. I wonder what she did to keep Balou so calm in her arms while he was being treated. A huge thank you again from the bottom of my heart!

My cats are always addressed directly, calmed, and treated with such patience that even stressful situations are surprisingly relaxed. What I particularly appreciate is that you never feel alone here. Whether you have questions, uncertainties, or urgent concerns, you always receive support—quickly, kindly, and competently. The medical treatment is excellent: thorough, clearly explained, and always focused on the animal's well-being. A practice you can trust completely. I am grateful to have found such a place.
