Petra is a very competent and compassionate veterinarian with experience and heart, which my two cats, Charlie and Ricci, felt from the very first moment. She treats them as if they were her own cats. I can't express in words how happy I am to have such wonderful care for my "children."

The negative review from one gentleman is ABSOLUTELY WRONG!! Ms. Büsken is a veterinarian with a heart of gold. Regarding the comment about Corona, I can only say that this practice is very careful to ensure that all clients continue to wear a mask. I can only imagine that the gentleman behaved completely inappropriately! Petra is a very friendly and competent veterinarian, and I would always recommend her. Look at all the reviews. One bad one, and all the others are positive.

The best woman ever. She helped me so much. She's always there to listen to your concerns. It's very important to her that the dogs are relaxed and feel comfortable. She builds a trusting relationship with them with patience and empathy. She's a wonderful veterinarian where both the dog and its owner can feel completely at ease.

I can't even begin to rate how many stars Petra and Anne deserve. We've been going there regularly since our dog was a few weeks old. From underwater treadmill therapy to emergency care, we've seen them all. They have heart, intelligence, and expertise. We couldn't imagine anyone better and are incredibly grateful for their ongoing and spontaneous support. All I can say is: Our very well-behaved dog pulls towards the door and looks forward to seeing them! I can't understand the one (!) negative review here and can hardly believe that the reviewer was actually at the practice. Here, COVID-19 rules were strictly enforced, so I often found myself standing outside the practice without a mask in recent months because they're no longer required anywhere else, and then I'd just walk back inside. And it's perfectly understandable that a two-woman operation might occasionally answer the phone during a treatment. After all, you can rely on being able to reach them in an emergency. With their workload, no one would ever answer the phone otherwise.
