I am honestly disappointed with this veterinary practice. I had been taking my dog ​​there for years. When I recently requested an appointment due to acute symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea, and blood in her stool in a 16-year-old dog), I was turned away with the explanation that it was "not urgent" and that I should wait until Monday. I find it particularly irritating that the dog's age and the described symptoms were apparently not considered urgent. Especially with an older animal exhibiting these symptoms, I would expect at least a quick assessment or the opportunity to briefly examine the dog. The argument that I was last at the practice in 2022 is also completely inappropriate. An animal not having been to the vet for a while is generally a good sign and should not be a reason to dismiss it in an emergency. I subsequently arranged for alternative care, and my dog ​​was treated the same day. I find this behavior incomprehensible and I will not be using this practice again in the future.

I want to leave a very special review – not just about the clinic, but about the people who work there. To those who truly love their work and who, even on their day off when the clinic is closed, didn't think about resting but instead saved my cat's life. Something unexpected happened: My cat had swallowed a piece of a foreign object and urgently needed surgery to save his life. And I am incredibly grateful that they didn't cancel on me but helped immediately – calmly, professionally, and with heart. The surgery was successful, and today we are already at home in the rehabilitation phase. The vet is in constant contact with me, checking in and giving recommendations. My cat is recovering amazingly quickly – thanks to your expertise, care, and compassion. A huge thank you to the entire team at the clinic – from the doctors to the assistants. It's always a pleasure to come to you, even when the reason is difficult. You greet us with a smile, warmth, and genuine compassion. I wish your clinic continued success and all of you strength, inspiration, and many saved animal lives ❤️ It's so wonderful to see everyone in their element, doing what they truly care about. You can feel it in everything – in their attitude, their warmth, and their sincere desire to help. A huge thank you again to your entire team 🫰🏼

We are very satisfied with this veterinary practice. Dr. Dimitri, in particular, is an outstanding veterinarian. Unfortunately, I don't know his last name, but we are very happy to have found him. The staff are also always incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You feel very well cared for and taken seriously there. You can immediately tell that it's not just about the money, but truly about honesty, love for animals, and their well-being. Dr. Dimitri is a wonderful doctor; he takes his time and treats with great competence and compassion. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
