Reviews
I took my cat to this small animal practice and I'm absolutely thrilled! The vet and her staff are simply top-notch – incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is truly important to them. From scheduling the appointment to the treatment, everything went smoothly. The vet took plenty of time, explained everything clearly, and treated my pet with love. The staff were also very attentive and warm. A practice where you feel well looked after – both as an animal and as an owner! Thank you for the excellent care. I'd love to come back!
A very nice doctor. I went for the first time a few weeks ago for an emergency; I called ahead and was able to come straight in. My little one received excellent care. I don't understand the bad reviews... Dr. Petri is incredibly kind and very competent. Since that first visit, I've always taken my little one to her practice.
We went there for an emergency regarding our dog (without calling ahead). He was treated anyway, but he wasn't properly examined, and a completely wrong diagnosis was given that makes no sense. Then the vet berated us. Absolutely unacceptable! Instead of helping, she criticized and badmouthed us. After that, we went to a clinic because our dog wasn't getting better. There, he received proper treatment and medication, and since then, he's been doing much better. He has a cold and isn't sneezing backwards anymore!
For me, this was by far the worst vet visit ever. I had the impression that my dog wasn't examined thoroughly, and the subsequent assessment didn't match his symptoms at all. The vet was also very unfriendly, so I didn't feel taken seriously or well cared for. Overall, the entire visit felt more like a quick, expensive service than a careful examination. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be going back to this vet.
