Excellent facility. As I'm not a native German speaker they were able to communicate in English.
Our two cats, Mia and Leo, stayed at this boarding kennel with a veterinary clinic during our holiday and they were very happy. We, and they too, are glad they're back home. 😉
We had an emergency while our regular vet was on vacation. We called the clinic in the morning and got an appointment that same afternoon. There was no wait, and the service was quick, competent, and completely straightforward. Even our "special" dog, who is usually very nervous, felt surprisingly comfortable there—no barking, no agitation. This speaks volumes about the empathetic team and the calm atmosphere. In short: A clinic we can wholeheartedly recommend in emergencies and beyond. Thank you so much for the excellent support!
