We got an appointment immediately because our dog had ear problems. Smilla was thoroughly examined, and everything was explained to me in great detail; they took plenty of time. Dr. Pfützner-Bechler is a wonderful veterinarian with a very friendly team. We felt very comfortable.

I have been very satisfied with this veterinary practice for several years, and the animals feel comfortable there too.

Our cat had a large tumor in his esophagus, which unfortunately prevented him from eating anything. From the very beginning, we were gently informed that the situation was very dire, but they wanted to leave no stone unturned and, with our consent, attempted treatment and tried a liquid diet. Sadly, nothing worked, and his condition continued to deteriorate, forcing us to make the difficult decision to let our cat go. As terrible as this moment was for us, the professionalism with which it was handled was truly impressive. Every step was explained to us in detail, and while he passed away, we were left alone with our cat in the examination room to experience this difficult moment together. There was never any pressure, and we were given all the time we needed to say goodbye. I am certain that we couldn't have found a better veterinary practice than this compassionate and professional one.

Today I took my cat for her annual check-up. Such a friendly practice – it's a very relaxing experience to go there. My cat clearly feels comfortable there too. The staff exudes such a calming presence – they create an atmosphere of security for both people and animals. You can immediately see that these are people with heart!
