I had a minor emergency with my bulldog. Since Ms. Hartmann was on call, I called her around 11 pm. She took her time, was patient, and understanding, and gave me excellent advice, which helped calm me down. Despite the late hour, she didn't charge me anything; this kind experience was priceless. Thank you again, and I look forward to working with her again.

On Sunday morning, I noticed that my dog's paraanal gland was severely inflamed. Because the inflammation was severe and causing the dog pain and discomfort, we called the clinic. We explained over the phone that the inflammation was serious and that urgent professional medical attention was needed, including antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. Cleaning the paraanal glands at home without special instruments was no longer possible due to the severe inflammation and very hard secretions from the paraanal glands. We reported all of this to the vet, who then advised me to wash the entire area with household soap and that nothing would happen in two days. I was ready to come to them at that moment. My primary concern was my dog's health, which was strange that the doctor wasn't concerned. As a result, my dog's abscess burst the next day after our consultation. If I could have done all this at home, I wouldn't have contacted them.

An incredibly friendly and helpful woman who does far more for her patients than is required. She was practically available 24 hours a day and always ready to help and advise. A veterinarian with a big heart and a sharp mind.
