Many thanks to Ms. Hartmann! We weren't there in person, but contacted her by phone during emergency hours. Ms. Hartmann gave us valuable advice and didn't insist on making money. If we ever need to call in, she's the first person we'll contact! Thank you!
An incredibly friendly and helpful woman who does far more for her patients than is required. She was practically available 24 hours a day and always ready to help and advise. A veterinarian with a big heart and a sharp mind.
Not satisfied. Rusty lifting table, old bloodstain on the floor tiles, and after over an hour, the puddle of urine from one of our puppies still hadn't been cleaned up. One puppy was given two injections, and the syringe was dropped once. The second puppy was given three injections, with the third one going all the way through, and some of the needle ended up on my fiancée. The new appointment wasn't made four weeks later, but one week in the same month—what a load of rubbish! I don't recommend this service. They tell every dog owner that dry food is "barbed wire," but they give our mother dog exactly what she, as a well-behaved dog, naturally refused. They don't really allow for other opinions and experiences. I want to emphasize that this is in no way meant to be malicious!
I had a minor emergency with my bulldog. Since Ms. Hartmann was on call, I called her around 11 pm. She took her time, was patient, and understanding, and gave me excellent advice, which helped calm me down. Despite the late hour, she didn't charge me anything; this kind experience was priceless. Thank you again, and I look forward to working with her again.
On Sunday morning, I noticed that my dog's anal glands were severely inflamed. Because the inflammation was so intense and causing him pain and discomfort, we called this clinic. We explained over the phone that the inflammation was serious and required urgent professional medical attention, including antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. Cleaning the anal glands at home without special instruments was no longer possible due to the severe inflammation and the very thick discharge. We told the vet all of this, and his advice was simply to wash it with household soap. He also said that nothing would happen in two days. I was ready to go to them immediately. My primary concern was my dog's health; it was strange that the vet didn't seem to share this concern. As a result, the abscess ruptured the day after our conversation. If I could have done all of this at home, I wouldn't have contacted them.
