She really touched me! She gave us the first instructions right over the phone. Then she came to our house to treat our rabbit. This isn't the first time she's done this. We are so grateful to her for that. And also for explaining everything so clearly and giving us so many helpful tips. Our rabbit is doing well again. Thank you so much!

I can highly recommend Ms. Stephani; she is very nice. She has extensive experience with animals and takes excellent care of them. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

My cat was spayed there years ago. The surgery went well, at least I think so. However, what I didn't like, and what no other vet would do, is that I had to pick up my cat while she was still under anesthesia. She didn't wake up at home until two hours after I brought her. I have to admit that it was a traumatic sight for me, as she looked as if she were dead. I wonder how anyone could think of letting you take your pet home while it's still under anesthesia, instead of keeping it there until it wakes up. That's completely unacceptable.

I called because of an emergency, as my vet wasn't available. I was snapped at on the phone, told she didn't have time for such matters, and then simply hung up. I was very shocked. I definitely cannot recommend them.

I was immediately scolded on the phone for adopting a cat from the shelter. After a brief explanation from me, I was told to "come by" and the call was hung up. An hour later, I received another call asking why I hadn't come and complaining that she still had to drive 40 km home and had been waiting for me. The call was at 5:30 PM, but she doesn't close until 6:30 PM. Outrageous! I definitely won't be going there.
