I've actually been very satisfied with the practice from the beginning. We've been taking our dogs there from the start. However, yesterday we were there with our new dog (from Romania) and I was totally disappointed. Ms. Kramer was completely superficial and had absolutely no time to answer our questions. So, we'll continue to go to the practice, but not to that vet anymore! This wasn't the first time either; my husband took our Kira there last year for anal gland issues, and they weren't properly emptied or even flushed – nothing at all. So, our dogs will definitely not be going to that vet again.

Beware of this rip-off! She wants to perform surgeries or euthanize your pet. Get your animal healthy again without this vet. She then made intrusive threats to continue treatments in person, by phone, and by email. Incredibly annoying. And she's drooling and doesn't even realize it.
