We, and especially our cats, feel very well cared for. The staff and veterinarians are always friendly, helpful, and above all, competent; everything seems perfectly organized. They are easily accessible, appointments are available at short notice, and waiting times are pleasantly short for both the animals and their owners. They take plenty of time for each animal's treatment and for a personal consultation. They also offer an emergency hotline, which we thankfully have never had to use, but it's reassuring to know that someone is available to call every day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays. We have complete confidence in the Hof Wehneberg veterinary practice and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Highly competent and patient, everything is explained clearly and they take their time! Plus, everyone is super friendly, it's on the ground floor, with plenty of parking right at the entrance. I highly recommend it!

My dog ​​was hit by a car while we were on vacation. My little teddy bear ran into the street and was suddenly struck by a vehicle. I was completely panicked and distraught; he was bleeding, and I didn't know what to do. Thanks to a kind neighbor, we got the address, and I called them in a state of utter distress on the way there. The woman on the phone was incredibly kind, calm, and empathetic. When we arrived, we were able to go straight in—no waiting, just immediate help. The entire team was so warm, understanding, and professional. We truly felt cared for, both during that awful moment and the following day during the follow-up appointment. I've been going there with my dog ​​for about 2.5 years and have always been satisfied. Emergencies have always been taken seriously, and appointments are available immediately. The staff are all very friendly and competent.
