My dog ​​was hit by a car while we were on vacation. My little teddy bear ran into the street and was suddenly struck by a vehicle. I was completely panicked and distraught; he was bleeding, and I didn't know what to do. Thanks to a kind neighbor, we got the address, and I called them in a state of utter distress on the way there. The woman on the phone was incredibly kind, calm, and empathetic. When we arrived, we were able to go straight in—no waiting, just immediate help. The entire team was so warm, understanding, and professional. We truly felt cared for, both during that awful moment and the following day during the follow-up appointment. We are absolutely thrilled and incredibly grateful for this amazing support. 💜 Thank you so much, and Merry Christmas!

Do not recommend this practice under any circumstances! Unnecessary costs are offered here instead of help. Injections, pills, overpriced food. I took my dog ​​there because we had a problem with itchy ears and paw chewing, a problem that never improved at this practice despite following the vet's instructions. After two visits to a professional practice that actually cares about the animals' well-being, these issues were resolved quickly and without such high costs, and my dog ​​has been free of them ever since! 😁 They focus on money and no longer on the well-being of a living being. So I urge you to take this seriously and do not go there!

We have been taking our animals to this practice for over 25 years and are extremely satisfied. Our animals are well cared for, and we as owners receive excellent advice and information. They are very easy to reach by phone, appointments are kept, and there is an emergency hotline. All the staff have been incredibly empathetic in critical situations. Thank you. I am deeply disappointed by my recent visit to this practice. My dog ​​has developed an extreme fear of veterinary visits following a previous emergency and was already under considerable stress before the appointment (severe trembling, extreme restlessness). I pointed this out several times and explicitly requested that appropriate sedation be considered – unfortunately, this was ignored. Instead, I had the impression that neither my pet's condition was adequately considered, nor was the situation assessed as serious enough. It is absolutely incomprehensible to me how anyone could fail to act appropriately with such an obviously stressed animal, especially as a veterinarian! I am beyond disappointed and deeply shaken. The overall decline of the practice is also particularly disappointing. Since Ms. Fey-Spengler left, the quality has, in my opinion, significantly declined – both in the handling of the animals and in communication with their owners. I have decided that I will be looking for alternative veterinary care. Trust and empathy are essential for me, and unfortunately, I lacked both here.
