Reviews
Very disappointing and unprofessional. My cat was spayed here even though she was pregnant – without us being informed or asked beforehand. We were only told after the surgery. When I asked her why she hadn't told us earlier, she said, "Should I now listen to your discussion about whether or not you want to spay her?" Shortly afterward, the scar opened up, and we had to go to another vet, which cost over €700. I think a partial refund would have been a given for such a mistake. I expect more responsibility, humanity, and respect from a veterinarian toward her clients and their animals.
Always prompt, competent, and thorough advice. We feel very well taken care of here. Ms. Reyer always takes her time and explains everything in detail. Scheduling appointments and receiving callbacks is hassle-free. Highly recommended! :)
A very competent and friendly veterinary practice! Ms. Reyer takes her time, explains everything clearly, and handles the animals with great care. You feel very well looked after. I appreciate clear and direct communication without any fuss (described as unfriendly in some reviews – it's anything but, just straightforward and honest). Highly recommended!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The vet refused to treat my dog, who cried out in pain several times, while on emergency duty. Her explanation, "I didn't want to take on that extra work right now," suggests that a relaxing Sunday is far more important to her than the Hippocratic Oath. A word of advice: If you can't stand being on call, maybe choose a different profession.
