Very nice vet. Well-kept and comfortable waiting room. Very professional approach. Appropriate and timely consultations. I would gladly come here again.

Very disappointing and unprofessional. My cat was spayed here even though she was pregnant – without us being informed or asked beforehand. We were only told this after the surgery. When I asked her why she hadn't told us earlier, she said, "Do you want me to listen to your discussion about whether or not you still want to spay her?" Shortly afterward, the incision opened up, and we had to go to another vet, which cost over €700. I think a partial refund would have been the obvious course of action in such a case. I expect more responsibility, compassion, and respect from a veterinarian towards her clients and their animals.

I took my rabbit to the vet as an emergency case with severe gastric overload/bloating. She made a completely wrong diagnosis without any tests. Instead, she repeatedly flicked the poor rabbit's bloated belly. Normally, you need at least an X-ray to see what's wrong. She also told me it was a good thing the rabbit was currently living alone (its companion had died), because rabbits are solitary animals. Completely incompetent and yet very self-assured. I paid €150 and then immediately went to the veterinary clinic in Kaufungen, where my rabbit is now receiving inpatient treatment.

I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian. I'm from France and I received a very warm welcome, with great professionalism and kindness. She took the time to examine my cat, clearly explain the situation, and reassure me. You can tell she truly loves animals and does her job with dedication and compassion. Thank you again for your kindness and availability.

A very competent and friendly veterinary practice! Ms. Reyer takes her time, explains everything clearly, and handles the animals with great care. You feel very well looked after. I appreciate clear and direct communication without any fuss (described as unfriendly in some reviews – it's anything but, just straightforward and honest). Highly recommended!
