We visited the veterinary clinic a few weeks ago with our dog. The clinic itself was clean and pleasantly furnished. A positive aspect was the very friendly veterinary assistant who gave us a warm welcome and took care of everything. The owner herself seemed very stressed; she couldn't perform an ultrasound herself because, apparently, her colleague always does it. We were rushed through with a few injections and blood tests. Over €300 gone. Card payment via debit wasn't possible either. She insisted on cash or immediate bank transfer on the spot. All in all, it seems they care more about money than the animal's well-being. Very disappointing.

Even though we were at the veterinary practice for the first time yesterday due to a sad occasion and had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, I would still like to thank veterinarian Inna Tsyvadyts for her very compassionate treatment and thorough consultation. The veterinary assistant was also very empathetic. I find that incredibly important when you have to say goodbye to a beloved pet. The practice is bright and welcoming. Despite the sad circumstances, we felt very well cared for. Thank you for that. I would especially like to mention that we were able to get an appointment the same day. We also didn't have to wait in the waiting room.

A truly competent team! You feel well cared for from the very beginning. The consultation is objective, highly professional, and above all, honest. They openly discuss which treatments are appropriate and which are less beneficial – this builds trust and shows that the animal's well-being is their top priority. Even in emergencies, they act quickly and professionally, so you can always rely on the team. The practice is modern, very clean, and well-organized. We are completely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice.

Hello, Dreienberg Veterinary Practice. I took our cat Falco to the practice for his annual check-up and vaccinations. Since he'd been constipated for a while, I asked for advice. The vet, Inna Tsyvadyts, recommended a dry food that's also available in a wet version. After feeding Falco this new food for two weeks, his bowel movements have regulated, and he's feeling much better. A big thank you to Inna Tsyvadyts!

We take our dog and cat to this practice for treatment and are absolutely delighted! The entire team is incredibly warm and competent. Whether it's for a vaccination or a more serious illness, we always feel we're in the best hands. Even today we had to use the emergency service. Despite the stressful situation, we received incredibly fast, competent, and reassuring help. A huge thank you to the whole team – we wholeheartedly recommend this practice!
