I've been a customer for a long time, and this is the second time I've been told they're not responsible for my horse's colic. The nearest vet is a 10-minute drive away. Answering the phone in an emergency and then making such a statement is incredibly rude!
I highly recommend this practice. We and our almost 17-year-old grandma dog were very well received. The entire team is competent and extremely kind to the animals. We feel very comfortable and well looked after in Hornel. 🐕🥰
