We were here yesterday with our guinea pig. I don't know the vet's name, but I think she's the head vet. She's an excellent vet, very friendly. I especially liked how she explained everything and how gently she handled the animal. We did have to wait quite a while, but we didn't have an appointment and there were a lot of people there. We've finally found our vet! The atmosphere is wonderfully calm and pleasant for our cats; you don't feel rushed or ripped off, but rather seen and respected. We have two major issues with our cats that couldn't be addressed before due to financial reasons, but despite this, we didn't feel like we were treated any less well, and now we can tackle these issues together with complete confidence in the vet. The veterinary assistants are very friendly and provide just as thorough advice before and after appointments as the vet herself. Many thanks to the team!
