I'm caring for a sick, rather old female budgie who has already been to Dr. Kobalt for an x-ray and consultation. I called and described the problems, and the vet immediately knew which bird it was and reminded me about the correct medication. I think at least 80% of all vets or their staff would have said, "Come in" (with the sick bird). I'm truly grateful. Highly recommended avian veterinarian; you don't even need to register with an app.

I brought my cat to the emergency vet clinic on Saturday. Sure, it took a while before we were seen, but that's emergency service, and we weren't alone. We were greeted warmly and patiently both on the phone and in person. The treatment was clear, quick, and focused, everything was explained thoroughly, and my cat received the help she needed. I'm so grateful that we received help, and all from smiling, friendly people. The bill was hefty, but that's also what emergency service is all about, and the three women at the clinic did a truly outstanding job.

I took my dog to this practice for emergency care over a year ago. To this day, this experience still haunts me. I called over the weekend because my dog had something wrong with his paw. He walked normally, but limped briefly whenever he encountered something and wouldn't let me take a proper look. I was immediately told on the phone that I absolutely had to come over. So we went. He was immediately muzzled, and several people held him down. They also made comments about my dog like, "Don't be such a baby." Because my dog resisted the examination (he didn't try to bite or anything, he just resisted), I was told, "Yes, then we'll have to put him under general anesthesia." (More as a decision than an option or a question.) I said no, I didn't want that. Anesthesia seems to be the order of the day here. At least two dogs were already in the next room. When I refused anesthesia, they started arguing with me (all very unprofessional and disrespectful). Eventually, my dog received a pressure bandage, ointment, a painkiller injection, and a neck brace. However, the bandage caused him severe pain – he was limping and whining, even though he had been walking normally before. I tried to suggest that they thought it might be possible that the bandage was now pressing on the area that hurt, since he had been able to walk before. This was rejected. They heard statements like: "I've been doing this job for decades, he's just being a fussy bastard." Crying and upset, I left the practice with a bill for over €300. On Monday, I went to my regular vet – she immediately diagnosed it as a broken thumb claw and confirmed that a pressure bandage wasn't a good idea in such a case, as it would press directly on the painful area. I find it very sad that my dog and I had to go through such an experience, and to this day I wonder how animals are treated in this practice and how it all seems to be about making money.

Visited the emergency vet clinic on a Saturday. Of course, everything takes time, but it was very pleasant. A super friendly and empathetic team! They were also very kind to the other dogs and their owners. The treatment was very professional, and everyone was incredibly friendly and handled my 100kg dog very well. We both felt very well cared for. They were calm, empathetic, took their time, and the environment was very clean and sterile. Thank you!
