This review is specifically for Mr. Umut Özünlü, whom we booked through felmo. He is a very polite, empathetic veterinarian who knows how to handle animals with care. He explained everything thoroughly and offered practical tips. The report is available the same day. Our Vizsla comes from an animal welfare organization abroad and is barely used to driving. Therefore, felmo is a really good option for ensuring a stress-free examination for certain questions or checkups. It's really not more expensive than an in-person appointment, as it's billed according to the German Veterinary Practice Act (GOT). Overall, we are very satisfied.

Early castration of two little male guinea pigs, four weeks old, weighing just over 250g each. We drove for about an hour and weren't disappointed. From the knowledgeable and friendly veterinary assistant to the surgery and the follow-up consultation with the vet, everything went perfectly, and the boys arrived back with their mothers as if nothing had happened and can now stay as long as they want. Otherwise, we would have had to separate them from their mothers now, with all the consequences of poor socialization, not to mention how heartbreaking it is to separate such tiny creatures. Thank you!

A very dedicated and friendly practice; without exception, all the doctors and staff are competent and warm. We were there today with our anxious rescue dog (we weren't even on time for the appointment). She knows the practice and usually goes in, but she's still very scared. Nevertheless, she trusts the team and allows them to treat her. Anyone who earns her trust deserves it; as a traumatized rescue dog, she's not exactly generous. We thank the entire team for the consistently excellent medical care, clear explanations, and patient, warm treatment of our animal family members!

Even though my visit to the vet's office with my cat Hannibal was very brief, I'm incredibly grateful for the calm and professional approach, the overall assessment of the critical situation, and the quick referral to an animal hospital thanks to the vet's personal emergency call. In the end, every minute truly counted, and with a lot of luck, it all worked out. It took a lot of strength, tears, and time, but Hannibal was finally able to cross the Rainbow Bridge and, with the help of medication and even more love and attention from us than he already receives, can now happily romp around with his feline friend again. Which he's already doing! 😽❤️😸 We're hoping for many more years together! So... a thousand thanks to the wonderful vet team for the quick help! 🫶🏻

What a fantastic veterinarian – highly recommended! I came across this veterinary practice quite by chance, as it's located near me. My 14-year-old cat has been suffering from chronic feline herpesvirus (FHV) for quite some time. Previous vets prescribed antibiotics – this provided short-term relief, but as soon as the medication was discontinued, the symptoms returned. No one had been able to offer a truly lasting solution. This veterinary practice was completely different: I received a friendly welcome on my first call and was given an appointment very quickly. At the practice itself, I hardly had to wait; I was seen promptly and felt well cared for from the very beginning. I would particularly like to emphasize the veterinarian's approach: The conversations were always respectful and conducted with great appreciation – both for my cat and for me. She took ample time to examine and discuss everything thoroughly. I always felt taken seriously, and no question went unanswered. I was very pleased with her manner. A real highlight was that the veterinarian flushed my cat's tear duct without putting her under anesthesia! In my opinion, this demonstrates not only her expertise but also her excellent interpersonal skills with animals. The issue of costs was also handled very transparently and responsibly. They always made sure that expenses remained reasonable. All procedures and treatments were explained to me clearly – and at no point was I pressured into anything unnecessary. My cat is now doing much better, which is the most important thing for me. I am very grateful to the veterinarian and the entire team for the wonderful care. Everyone there is extremely friendly, competent, and dedicated. I would return anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Thank you so much for everything!
