After a long journey and many unsuccessful attempts at therapy, including at a specialized clinic, we finally found the support we so desperately needed in Dr. Turco and Dr. Kashef – currently and hopefully now with a happy ending! Both are not only incredibly competent, but also honest, warm, humorous, and genuinely interested in the well-being of each individual animal. They take their time, listen, explain clearly, and think openly beyond guidelines to find individual paths to healing. Every treatment was discussed in detail, and decisions were made together – this creates trust and security. You can feel the genuine love for the animal in every encounter – and that is what makes this practice so special. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Turco, Dr. Kashef, and the entire team for their humanity, openness, and compassion. We couldn't imagine better veterinary care. 🐾💛

Ms. Turco is unpleasant, unempathetic, and full of prejudice against certain dog breeds. We cannot comment on Dr. Kashef, as he was not present that day. Fortunately, we found a veterinary practice that provides excellent care for our dog.

I can fully recommend Dr. Turco and Dr. Kashef. I was there a few months ago with our cat, and before that with our tomcat, for vaccinations, and now for neutering. The entire care was excellent. The doctor and his wife are very competent and take plenty of time for detailed consultations. Especially before the neutering, all steps were explained in detail and clearly, and our questions were answered, which put us at ease. Our cats were always treated with sensitivity and love. The aftercare was also excellent; they took the time to make sure everything was okay. A truly fantastic doctor and a dedicated team. Thank you very much!

We took our little Nelly, a small rat just over two years old, to the emergency vet clinic because she was having trouble breathing. The Schleswig-Holstein emergency service (where we live) wouldn't or couldn't help us, as it felt like they always wrote us off with a rat of that age. Dr. Turco was very kind to Nelly and, with the right treatment, made her completely healthy again. Many thanks to the clinic!

I've been taking my two cats to the Turco & Kashef veterinary practice for almost three years now, and we're always seen by Dr. Tarek El-Kashef – and I can say with complete conviction: he's the best vet I've ever experienced. Dr. El-Kashef takes an extraordinary amount of time, truly listens, and is very attentive to both animal and owner. You never feel rushed. Every question is taken seriously, everything is explained calmly and clearly, and the animals' well-being is always his top priority. I especially appreciate his calm, empathetic manner and his high level of expertise. Even if you're worried or unsure, you immediately feel in good hands. You can simply tell that Dr. El-Kashef practices his profession with heart, mind, and genuine passion. For me and my cats, no other vet is an option. Highly recommended! 🐱🐱✨
