If I could, I wouldn't give any stars at all. My pet looks completely mangled after the surgery. The stitches are messy and everything is covered in blood. The bill is laughable! They charged me twice, but to make it less noticeable, they listed it under two or three different items. !! BEWARE !! Their motto seems to be: make as much profit as possible!! They didn't even take a single blood sample before the surgery!! I'm definitely looking for a new vet!!

My French Bulldog, Odin, had surgery on his soft palate and nostrils by Dr. Brüggemann almost two weeks ago... I am so grateful to Dr. Brüggemann and her truly kind and competent team....☺️ Before the surgery, I researched several clinics and then chose Dr. Brüggemann's practice... We were very well informed during the pre-operative examination, and the surgery went so well... Odin was already breathing much better after the surgery, especially at night!!! Today we went back to have the stitches removed... I am so grateful to the practice for giving Odin so much more quality of life...!!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I can highly recommend this practice.

My dog ​​had a massive laceration on his cornea, and I was repeatedly assured that he wasn't in pain. I still asked for pain relief, and the vet said the eye drops were pain-relieving. Then I was referred to an eye clinic, where the vet told me my dog ​​was in severe pain and suffering due to the injury, so I also got painkillers. She also said the drops weren't pain-relieving at all, meaning my dog ​​suffered unnecessarily for several days. I switched vets because I don't think it's right that I was told my dog ​​wasn't in pain when he was clearly suffering, while another vet told me he definitely had pain that needed to be treated with medication. The Berne practice is also very expensive in comparison, and the vet couldn't answer my technical questions.

I visited Dr. Brüggemann for the first time today, and I'm very satisfied. I received a detailed diagnosis for my sheepdog (which I unfortunately didn't get from my vet). The team I met today was also very friendly. My dog ​​will have surgery soon, and we'll see what happens next. Thank you.
