Doctor and reception staff were very kind. No appointment was needed for our cats' yearly vaccination, which was done very fast and respectfully toward the cat. It was also very nice of them all to speak in English, as my German is not very good. Thank you!

I feel very well cared for here with my three rabbits. The vet is very competent, caring, and always takes his time. Everything is explained honestly, clearly, and thoroughly. Even my very energetic rabbit receives plenty of patience and time. I am especially grateful for the compassionate support and, above all, the time taken when my 10-year-old rabbit had to be euthanized. The receptionist is also always very warm and friendly; I arrive and am immediately greeted warmly. You can tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority. 🐰🐰🐰❤️ Highly recommended!

Dr. Simon treated my guinea pig, x-rayed it, etc. Unfortunately, the little guy has cancer. After receiving an injection from the vet, he was better for about four weeks. :) We're getting a second opinion regarding the cancer. We're very satisfied, especially since you can go there without an appointment.

Our experience with Dr. Simon's veterinary practice has been consistently positive. He's a veterinarian who truly listens, provides expert advice, and noticeably reassures both animal and owner. We especially appreciate that you don't feel pressured into unnecessary treatments simply because you love your dog—everything seems honest, transparent, and in the animal's best interest. After more than 14 years, we've finally found "our" veterinarian. Even the tartar removal was done perfectly. We are completely satisfied, very happy, and can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian.
