I generally find the practice and its services very good, however, the telephone accessibility is beyond disastrous. It seems they either don't want to speak to anyone anymore or simply don't need to. I tried calling three times today and gave up each time after more than 30 minutes, having slowly slipped from position 4 in the queue after 20 minutes to position 1, where I then waited another 20 minutes. Thanks for nothing. This absolutely has to change.
This practice is simply unacceptable! Someone finally answers the phone after 45 minutes, tells me "I can't understand you," and hangs up. This happens three times! When I'm on the phone, they brush me off so quickly that the waiting time is unbearable! If they don't have enough staff, they should close down!
