I came to the practice with my cat at 5:45 p.m. as an emergency, although they're open until 6 p.m., and was turned away by the receptionist. They said there was no veterinarian on-site, they'd already changed, and they were running out of time. The emergency service wouldn't start until 8 p.m.! The lady just listened helplessly to my vet's suggestion, which, according to my veterinarian, who had sent me here shortly before, might be an intestinal obstruction. Fortunately, there was a great practice nearby that immediately took care of my little one. The ingested foreign object was successfully removed through abdominal surgery, even after hours. Thank you so much!!!! Minus 5 stars for this practice, it's a shame that's not possible!

We've been going to the small animal clinic for years and have never had a negative experience! If you call and ask for an appointment, you get help promptly! Even with our dog, who had a stroke, I was treated immediately as an emergency case, or rather, the dog was! Absolutely top-notch!
