I only have been there once so can't tell if it's excellent yet. The overall contact was kind and competent, I needed a vet fast cause my older cat needs insulin. I got an appointment the next day after I called and they got me exactly what I needed.

We were always on time for our appointments. I received thorough information about the brachycephalic surgery. My Pomeranian also came through the surgery well. The vet called me afterward to update him on his condition. Everything went very well. After the surgery, when I was ready to pick him up, I would have preferred to receive the bill first and then be able to take my dog ​​home. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 15-20 minutes, which wasn't ideal. But overall, I can recommend the clinic.

A very good clinic. Very friendly and competent doctors. The clinic is well-equipped. I, or rather my dog ​​Nanook, thank the team. He received 16 weeks of chemotherapy for lymphoma. We went for a follow-up appointment, and hopefully the cancer is gone. Peter Preuss

We had an emergency with our little dog (of course, it was at night and on the weekend), and luckily the small animal clinic in Fürstenwalde was on call. After calling ahead, we set off. We were warmly greeted by the veterinary assistant. The vet was exceptionally empathetic, which greatly reassured both our dog and us as her owners. The treatment was competent and professional. The next morning, our regular vet had the results immediately. We can wholeheartedly recommend this animal clinic, whether for an emergency or during normal hours...if it's an emergency, definitely go HERE!!! Finally, a huge thank you to Dr. K. Lemke and the lovely veterinary assistant.
