Kleintiertagesklinik Fürstenwalde und Praxis für Nutztiere und Pferde

We had an emergency with our little dog (of course, it was at night and on the weekend), and luckily the small animal clinic in Fürstenwalde was on call. After calling ahead, we set off. We were warmly greeted by the veterinary assistant. The vet was exceptionally empathetic, which greatly reassured both our dog and us as her owners. The treatment was competent and professional. The next morning, our regular vet had the results immediately. We can wholeheartedly recommend this animal clinic, whether for an emergency or during normal hours...if it's an emergency, definitely go HERE!!! Finally, a huge thank you to Dr. K. Lemke and the lovely veterinary assistant.

We've brought our seriously injured cat to this clinic several times now, and it's incredible how professional they are! Dr. Mandel was our primary veterinarian for this particular injury. He has a very calming manner and is incredibly thorough. For weeks, he closely monitored our care, empathizing and caring, and took plenty of time to explain everything in detail and coordinate the treatment plan. Our cat was admitted for the first four days, which was extremely reassuring for us, knowing he was under 24-hour observation and care. We are incredibly grateful to have found this wonderful veterinary clinic and thank Dr. Mandel and the entire, truly lovely team from the bottom of our hearts! If I could, I'd gladly be treated there myself ;) PS: Due to capacity constraints, we initially went to another emergency veterinary clinic this time, so we can make a very good comparison. The examination there was nowhere near as thorough, and consequently, a large part of the symptoms/injury went undetected.
