Yesterday, I had an appointment for my 10-month-old cat, Nico, to be spayed. Yes, it's a routine procedure, and for the experienced veterinarian, it's practically assembly-line work. But when I picked Nico up, she was still a little groggy, of course. I picked her up right after calling, and there were still some signs of the anesthesia because the little lady kept flopping to the side. But neither before nor after the surgery did I have any questions about how I or Nico should behave. During the pre-op check-up, the vet explained everything to me in minute detail. When I picked her up, the veterinary assistant at reception was very helpful. Everyone was incredibly friendly and patient with my questions and comments. I've been going there for about a year now, since an emergency with my cat Zoro, who had eaten hair ties. There, too, they were super friendly and empathetic. Both animals came back from the x-ray and yesterday from the surgery without the slightest sign of fear or distress. Honestly? I don't need someone at the counter to be friendly. Everyone has a bad day. Competence is enough. But when I see how relaxed my animals are when I get home, I know the staff is doing everything right. And that's what matters most to me. I am truly impressed with this veterinary clinic. Right from the start, the nurses greeted me warmly and empathetically. I immediately felt well cared for and understood, which is so important in a stressful situation with a sick dog. The veterinarian was simply wonderful. She took plenty of time, answered all my questions thoroughly, and provided quick and loving care to my dog ​​during the emergency. You can really tell that they work with both heart and expertise. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic and am very grateful for the excellent care.
