First time to this Vet practice with Buddy. Friendly and professional service. I speak very little German as this stage, but all the staff I dealt with were patient, from the first phone call through to the explanation of what to do post treatment. English is also spoken there - which was a huge relief. Thank you, your help and care was much appreciated.

Eine großartige Tierklinik! Meinen allerbesten vierpfotigen Freund Murzik brachte ich wegen einer schweren Verstopfung dorthin (mindestens 5–6 Tage). Dem Kater ging es bis zum Mittag schon sehr schlecht. Alle äußeren Anzeichen und sein Verhalten waren sehr, sehr traurig. ABER DURCH DIE HÄNDE DES TIERARZTES (leider habe ich seinen Namen und Nachnamen vergessen) wurde mein bester Freund buchstäblich ins Leben zurückgeholt – aus einer möglichen „unsichtbaren Welt“. A huge thank you to all of you! *** A wonderful veterinary clinic. I took my sweet, best friend, Murzi4a, there with severe constipation (at least 5-6 days). He was already feeling very ill, and I'll tell you... all his physical characteristics and behavior patterns were sooooo sad. BUT THE HANDS OF THE VETERINARIAN (I forgot his first and last name) simply pulled my best friend back into life from a possible "invisible world." My deepest gratitude to you all.

We were visiting family in Heidenheim from Cologne and had to take my dog ​​to the veterinary clinic at short notice because of an infected wound. Luckily, there was an appointment available that same day. The initial consultation was quick and easy, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The examination by the equally lovely veterinarian revealed that my dog ​​needed to be anesthetized and operated on. This was done promptly and efficiently. Since the dog was already under anesthesia, I asked them to also remove the tartar from his teeth, which was no problem and was done quickly. After just under 40 minutes, the wound was treated and stitched, and after a short recovery period, we were able to leave the clinic. Because we can't come back for a follow-up appointment due to our upcoming trip home, and will do so when we arrive, I was asked to send photos of the wound by email so the clinic could stay informed. I thought that was very thoughtful! The total cost for the procedure was just under €500, which I consider perfectly reasonable. The costs in Cologne and the surrounding area are significantly higher. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the Heidenheim Small Animal Clinic for their help and service!
