You can immediately sense how much they care about the animals. Our beloved miniature schnauzer, Hannah, is treated there – and every time with such dedication, care, and expertise. The successful treatment of her malignant mammary tumor brought us immense relief and joy. Her extensive dental work was also carried out with absolute professionalism and care. The heart and abdominal ultrasound examinations were performed with great expertise, and the findings were explained to us thoroughly, clearly, and calmly. Whether it's a minor ailment or a serious illness, our Hannah is always treated with great compassion and care. In difficult times, we not only received outstanding medical care but also received compassionate support – which is anything but a given. The state-of-the-art new building for the veterinary center perfectly complements the overall picture. It reflects the vision and commitment with which the Boeltzig couple shapes the practice. Modern veterinary medicine, innovation, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere come together here in an impressive way. For us, this practice is a place of trust. I took my dog ​​Spike to the vet for his first check-up and vaccinations, and I'm really very satisfied. The vet was exceptionally friendly, calm, and empathetic – both in his interactions with my dog ​​and in our conversation. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and I always felt that Spike was in good hands. The atmosphere in the practice was pleasant and stress-free. Even at our old location, we were always completely satisfied with our furry friends, Keks and Krümel – everything was already perfect there, although the premises were a bit smaller. With the move to Riesa, the practice has developed significantly once again. The location is excellent, and the new practice rooms are modern, spacious, and very well-equipped. The additional modern equipment, which allows for even more comprehensive diagnostics and treatment, is particularly impressive. The care is always loving, competent, and empathetic. As pet owners, we feel understood and taken seriously. No unnecessary treatments are recommended or imposed; instead, the best solution for the animal is always sought. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, understanding, and dedicated. They take plenty of time for the patients, and you can tell that their well-being is their top priority. At the same time, the practice makes every effort to avoid long waiting times. Our two cats, Keks and Krümel, feel very well cared for here – and so do we as their owners. The trust, warmth, and professional expertise of the entire team give us peace of mind with every visit.
