I've been coming here for almost a year, the staff is very friendly and caring towards my dog. English is spoken well, and they are able to describe issues with you very well and communicate treatment plans effectively. Dr. Feller has been incredible through this whole process.
We love this clinic. We’ve had to use them multiple times for emergencies with both a dog and rats, and they fit us right in. Amazing staff and very friendly. For English speakers, the vets all speak English, and most of the front office staff does, as well. If someone does not feel comfortable with their English skills, they always find someone to help them. It is also a great peace of mind to have walk-in appointments on Sundays.
They were able to get us in pretty quickly for an accessed tooth with our 8 year old Aussie. Ladies at the desk are polite and they take the VAT.
We brought our dog here on a Sunday because they offer emergency vet services. The staff was very professional. The vet explained everything thoroughly and was very kind. I would absolutely recommend them. (If we didn't live too far away, we'd be happy to use them as our regular vet, too.)
