Really great, kind veterinarian and support staff. They’re always very busy, so it takes awhile to get an appointment, but the veterinarian is knowledgeable and takes her time answering questions. She also seems to care a lot about quality of life, which is really important for your pets with ongoing health issues. The Dr & most staff speak English. Easy parking, clean and nice reception area. They send their labs out, but have a number of in-house equipment (like x-ray, etc). Be aware you should bring cash if you don’t have a German bankcard.

Such a nice vet! I loved going there with my cats. The staff was always friendly and helpful. And even as I had to say goodbye to my cat they made room in their schedule for us and took such good care of him. If you have a pet and want it to be treated gently and nicely you should absolutely go there! They have plenty of parking spaces in front of the building and a bus stop is 1 minute walk away. Place is wheelchair friendly. If you have an animal which requires emergency help. Give them a call but don't be frustrated if they tell you to go to a vet clinic. They are doing their best and working very hard. Please be nice and don't be rude.
I can’t thank Dr. Eich enough for the care they gave to my dog, Abby. From the very first visit until her final days, the entire team was compassionate, patient, and truly dedicated. They always took the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure Abby was as comfortable as possible. I will always be grateful for the gentle way they cared for her and for the compassion they showed to me as well.
