I almost never write reviews, but Dr. Hattemer and her team deserve one. I've been taking my dog ​​to this practice since 2014 and have never had a negative experience. Quite the opposite! Empathy, compassion, and professionalism are paramount here! Thank you for everything, and especially thank you for always being so good to Bambi. Here's to many more years!

I brought my cat to Ms. Hattemer a few months ago as an emergency case. My cat was suffering from severe neurological problems. I feared she was having a stroke, and sudden blindness was also a possibility. Ms. Hattemer treated my cat with great empathy, performed several tests, and then administered vitamin B and cortisone injections. What can I say? My cat showed significant improvement that very night, and after a day she was completely back to her old self. ❤ Thank you so much!

Yesterday, I was completely distraught when I got an emergency appointment for our guinea pig, which had acute partial paralysis and was in pain. At the same time, my visiting dog was also checked for a false pregnancy. The entire team is incredibly empathetic, caring, competent, open, and humorous. They helped me so much – THANK YOU! At the end of the year, one always looks back on the highlights and the lowlights. In our case, the two were very closely intertwined. Our beloved cat was seriously ill, and we knew that saying goodbye was imminent. Since our long-time vet didn't have time to come the 180 meters to our house "because he still had to clean," Dr. Hattemer stepped in. She was uncomplicated, empathetic, and remarkably selfless. After all, who would do that voluntarily? We hadn't even spent a fortune on her beforehand, we were in tears every three seconds, and her appointment book was completely full... definitely not a win-win situation. But she was someone who knows what it means to have to make such a decision about a beloved life. When you're in such a situation, you wish for a vet like that. One who knows what to do. One who doesn't waste time talking. One who takes you by the hand and pulls you through the burning issues. And there she is: Dr. Hattemer.
