As American living here, I absolutely LOVE this Clinic. The staff is VERY helpful, friendly, including being very helpful with the language barriers. Meine Deutsche ist nicht so gut. They help me with German words, & I help them with their English. The Veterinarians are professional, kind, caring, through, & precise. They don't waste your time, or run unnecessary tests just to get money, (like a vet I dealt with in Alzey). THIS clinic & staff is the best customer service I've dealt with in my six years of being here. I'll miss them when I move. I HIGHLY recommend this Clinic. I cannot say enough positive about them.

Absolutely fantastic care. They have always taken care of my pup Lily and listened to all of my concerns. Regular check ups for my aging dog are always easy and my dog is never scared of the vet here. They also are good at getting quick appointments and test results for blood work back. Follow up appointments and medication pick ups are also easy.

We have been going to Smart Vet for 6 years and we have always been pleased with the care for our dog. They are extremely helpful and go out of their way to help you. This past year our dog has been through two different illnesses and on both accounts when they were unable to assist us further they told us who to contact and followed our dog through his illnesses. You can get a same day appointment and you can also be seen on Saturday too. We have found the doctors and the assistants kind and friendly and caring. We highly recommend Smart Vet.

€101 for a travel check-up? It's a rip-off. According to Google check-up in Germany should be between 6-30 euro which would be correct as we paid for same €26 in Berlin 2 years back. Should be 1 star only for this, additional star given for staff, they've been really nice there.

Was able to schedule same day service for my pet. Fast and fair price.
