I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Hattemer Veterinary Practice. My first visit to another veterinarian was unfortunately disappointing and worrying. After a superficial examination and a hasty recommendation to neuter my young cat, who was already showing signs of health problems, I felt anxious and uncertain. Thankfully, we decided to seek a second opinion at Hattemer Veterinary Practice. The entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and compassion from the very beginning. Our cat's examination was thorough, and it was immediately recognized that he had serious heart problems. The team took the time to explain all aspects of the diagnosis and promptly initiated the necessary steps to help our cat. What was particularly impressive was the fact that Dr. Hattemer's team knew immediately what was wrong with our cat. They identified the life-threatening heart problems that had been overlooked by the other veterinarian. It became clear to us that if we had stayed with the first veterinarian, our cat would most likely have died during the planned anesthesia. The quick response and compassion of the practice team restored our confidence in veterinary care. I appreciate the dedication and care the team showed in ensuring our cat received the best possible treatment. Thanks to the team's expert care, our cat is now making a successful recovery. I highly recommend the Hattemer Veterinary Practice and thank the entire team for their outstanding work and commitment to the well-being of animals.

For years, I truly enjoyed taking my animals to this veterinary practice and always felt well cared for there. That's why I'm so disappointed by my experience today. I arrived at the practice today with an emergency (suspected poisoned bait) about ten minutes before the lunch break and was simply turned away – with the explanation that the veterinarian was supposedly no longer there and that I should come back after lunch. My concerns and the urgency of the situation were completely ignored. Instead, the staff was very rude and showed a lack of empathy. Especially in a potential emergency, I would have expected significantly more understanding, professionalism, and at least some brief assistance. It's a real shame – this has severely shaken my trust in the practice.

We've been taking our animals to Dr. Hattemer from the very beginning. She is the most empathetic and honest veterinarian in the world. Last week we had to say goodbye to our Rambo.
