Reviews
We have been patients at this practice for many, many years, now with our fourth family dog. We have always been 100% satisfied. We have never experienced the sometimes rude staff that some reviews mention. We say to everyone who works there – especially Dr. Meyer: THANK YOU!
We've been going there for years and can highly recommend the veterinary practice. The vets and assistants are very competent. The consultations are excellent, appointments are scheduled very quickly, and the waiting time in the waiting room is usually short. You can tell that everyone there truly cares about the animals' well-being.
We took Balou there for the first time three weeks ago and were more than thrilled. Balou wasn't doing well at all, and Ms. Held did everything she could, treating Balou with heart and empathy. Unfortunately, we had to take Balou to the veterinary clinic for further treatment, but Ms. Held did her best and even sent all the necessary documents to the clinic by email. Balou was suffering from anemia and needed a blood donor, which Ms. Held and her team also took care of. When we arrived at the clinic, thanks to Ms. Held and her team, a blood donor dog was already there for Balou. Sadly, Balou didn't make it. 😪 Ms. Held called me that evening and again the next morning to ask how Balou was doing. We visited Ms. Held at the practice again, and she took the time to talk with us again. Her heartfelt sympathy for our loss was very real. I would recommend this veterinary practice with such compassion to everyone. ... Deserves more than just 5 stars in my opinion.

I took my cat to this veterinary practice for a heart ultrasound. Although he was on medication, including blood thinners, for a heart condition, I was advised to reduce or discontinue it, as everything was supposedly fine. Just a few days later, he was in critical condition. Euthanasia was not considered despite his very poor health. That evening, he suffered a severe thrombosis with excruciating pain, and I had to rush him to the veterinary hospital in the middle of the night, where he ultimately had to be put down. In addition, I incurred significant costs (approximately €250 at the practice and over €400 at the hospital). What I found particularly shocking afterward was the impression that the practice had already anticipated a negative outcome. The veterinarian apologized by phone two days later, but this experience remains traumatic for us. No compensation was offered. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice.
