Today I took my dog ​​Mäx to Dr. Glück's small animal orthopedic clinic. We were greeted very warmly by two ladies at reception and immediately felt welcome. The clinic itself is very modern and brightly furnished. Mäx occasionally cries out in pain, but doesn't show it during examinations. Therefore, my vet couldn't determine the cause. She recommended we see an orthopedic specialist, hoping that would help. We made the appointment by phone and were pleasantly surprised that it was available within 48 hours of our call. Dr. Glück took plenty of time for Mäx during the appointment. He first took the time to get to know him and then gave him a really thorough examination. He couldn't give a definitive diagnosis today either, but he has a suspicion that we'll use for treatment. What I found particularly nice was that he could have taken several X-rays of Mäx today, but he openly said that we could save ourselves the trouble for now, as it might not even be necessary. First, we'll try to find out if Mäx remains pain-free with the treatment. If the pain returns, we can always do further tests. I really appreciated this honest and transparent advice. At no point did I feel like unnecessary tests were being done just because they were possible. After today's appointment, I can definitely recommend this practice with a clear conscience. 🐾

I can highly recommend this practice; we took our dog there because of a suspected cruciate ligament tear. Dr. Glück is a very kind and friendly doctor, and we immediately felt we were in good hands. Everything was excellent, from the initial consultation to after the surgery. We would definitely take our dog there again.

Dr. Glück treated our dog Kira, who had a serious diagnosis: bilateral TPLO. When he moved from Wiesbaden to Mainz, we followed him and gladly made the longer journey. His professional assessment carries significant weight with us: he is incredibly knowledgeable and explains things clearly. He's also very personable. Kira doesn't usually like strange men, but she trusts him, which is rare for her. We feel we are in excellent hands here!

You can immediately tell that he is passionate about his work. He was very friendly, personable, and patient, and he guided us with a smile and lots of helpful advice. My wife and I also felt very well cared for throughout the entire consultation. The team at reception was also exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. The organization was excellent – ​​we hardly had to wait at all. We are truly very, very satisfied and would recommend this practice to anyone.
