Excellent experience! Although I speak German, the vet also spoke excellent English. She took her time to get to know my dog and pet him before placing him on the examining table. She did the most thorough I've experienced in the 3 years of owning my dog and provided excellent, understandable information! The whole staff is friendly and nice. Highly recommend
After being a regular visitors to this Clinic(almost 1 year) , I am sad to write about the irresponsible behavior of the people of Tierarztpraxis. The problem is we always wait minimum 30 minutes to meet the doctor despite booking appointment well before. But yesterday we had to leave the Praxis after waiting for almost an hour. The reason said by one of the receptionist was, sometimes it takes time than the normal . But I questioned her back it always happens to me and my pets? She had no answer. She even wanted me to take appointments around 15Uhr to avoid waiting but then I really don’t understand why they have a schedule and give appointments. I would rather just drop in by 15Uhr. They also say sometime there might be emergency, yes I once took my pet due to sudden allergic reaction on his skin, but they never attended my pet rather sent me and my cat back to make an appointment with emergency care. I really don’t think they are fair towards me and my pets
Professional, to the point, instructive, and highly knowledgeable. Our first visit went better than expected! We had only a week of training, but the doctor and her assistants handling helped my excited pup keep his cool. Very calm and supportive.
Excellent. Professional and friendly. Office and exam areas are very clean and organized. They provide water for animals in the waiting area. I didn't have to wait at all. I came in a few minutes before the appointment and they were ready at the set time. Most vets I've been to have you waiting long after the time of the appointment
I took my little rabbit for kastration. The staff here are very friendly and it is obvious that they love animals. When the little rabbit was in the hospital, they will call me to tell me the status of the rabbit after the operation. This makes me feel very relieved and relaxed. Our little rabbit was healthy and active after being brought back today, which shows that their doctor is really professional and did not cause the little rabbit to suffer too much. We are really grateful and more at ease and happy. The price is also within our acceptable range. really satisfied
