I have never been so satisfied with a veterinary practice. They are incredibly empathetic and caring, resulting in noticeably more relaxed cats. They take their time with both animal and owner. After our cat's spaying, we weren't informed at all when we picked her up – not a word about the bandage needing to be removed immediately. The next day: a swollen paw with a risk of thrombosis due to restricted blood flow. This is grossly negligent and can cause permanent damage. The most outrageous thing: the veterinarian claims the receptionist informed us – even though the receptionist had already admitted to forgetting. They're lying straight to my face to cover up their own mistake. No care. No honesty. Zero responsibility. The practice may look tidy, but withholding vital information and then covering up mistakes is unacceptable. Anyone who values ​​their pet will choose a practice where patient safety isn't a secondary concern.

A truly wonderful veterinarian with a big heart, patience, and expertise. My dog ​​is always treated with love, and even my extremely anxious, shy cat receives calm and sensitive care. I always felt taken seriously and well supported. The animals' well-being is clearly their top priority. A heartfelt recommendation! 🐾🤍
